Website features
There are no user accounts or forms. Troubleshooting answers, completed checks and feedback operate in your browser: they are not sent or saved. Searches can appear in the URL, browser history and server logs when that address is requested. Do not enter personal information in the search box.
Email enquiries
If you write to contacto@fixappsnow.com, your address and the information you include will be used to handle the enquiry, manage a correction or respond to a request. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering communications addressed to the project. Where a request concerns your rights or another legal obligation, necessary processing is based on compliance with that obligation. We do not use enquiries to send advertising.
Only provide necessary information. Do not send passwords, access codes, complete identity documents or information about other people. Without a valid reply address, we cannot answer you.
Technical data and security
The hosting service may process your IP address, time of access, requested resource and technical browser information to deliver pages, detect errors and protect the service. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle them and follow up. If information must be retained for legal obligations or liabilities, its use is restricted to that purpose for the applicable period. Technical data is kept for the period needed for operation and incident resolution according to the hosting configuration. You can request information about your case or deletion of data that is no longer necessary.
Providers and recipients
The website hosting provider is Hostinger. Hosting and email providers may access the data needed to deliver their services. Data may also be disclosed where legally required. This website does not sell data or build advertising profiles.
Hostinger describes its processing terms, subprocessors and safeguards for international transfers in its data processing agreement and privacy policy. We do not assume that all its services operate exclusively from Spain.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by writing to the controller at contacto@fixappsnow.com. State the right you wish to exercise and the information needed to locate your request. Additional identification will only be requested if necessary. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
External services and changes
Following an official documentation link takes you to a service with its own policy. This edition loads no advertising, analytics or third-party embedded content and makes no automated decisions with legal effects. If new processing is introduced, this information will be updated and consent requested where required.
